The High Tea Story
Your 40s and 50s can be a weird time... While it's absolutely an amazing time in life, where we have come into ourselves and can even maybe decide how few f*cks we have left to give, and we start to enjoy the fruits of years of hard work and labors of love. It's also a time of great change. Our bodies are different. So many things are changing - particularly our skin! It's showing some signs of all the sun, fun and lifestyle choices we made, am I right?! We are NOT in a place to go backwards in our confidence and self-esteem! We are running out of f*cks to give, remember? So, when I wanted to help my skin but I couldn't stand what I was reading on the backs of labels, when I just couldn't navigate the sea of brands / products / ingredients - I made my own skincare. While the EU prohibits over 3,000 ingredients in personal care products, the US prohibits eleven. ELEVEN. We are truly on our own. So I did the work, and I fell into something beautiful! My face cream took me 54 tries to get just right. It had to be perfect.
What I accomplished was lovely. It worked! It smelled great and my skin was rebounding and glowing again. I started to share it with friends, family - whoever would listen! It seemed I had something that needed to be shared.
Now I was helping others! Using natural, honest ingredients - with green tea as the hero ingredient gracing all formulas as an antioxidant superstar - people were trusting me with their skin - their face, no less!
Armed with a background in sports medicine, nutrition and holistic wellness, a Diploma in Organic Skincare Formulation, & a love of cooking & mixology – we meet at this moment where art, science and a holistic approach frame every formula.

Your 40s, 50s...a weird, glorious time. You’re wiser, more confident and rapidly running out of f*cks to give. But your skin? It’s suddenly showing receipts for every beach day, sleepless night and margarita-soaked weekend you’ve ever loved. (Not just me, right??) When the skincare aisle felt like a minefield of toxins and the label-reading practically gave me hives, I made my own skincare. Because the U.S. bans eleven cosmetic ingredients (Europe: over 3,000 — let that sink in), I knew we were on our own. So I did the work. 54 versions later, I nailed it...the perfect face cream...with all the things: Luscious.
What I made worked. It smelled divine, it felt so luxurious, and my glow came back swinging. Friends wanted in. Then friends of friends! Now, here we are, and you get your chance.
